During the Indoor Season (October – March) we shoot in the Sports Hall at Beal High School, Woodford Bridge Road, Redbridge, ILFORD, Essex on Tuesday and Friday between 1930 – 2230.

During the Outdoor Season (April – September) we shoot in the fields at Elmbridge Sports and Social Club, Forest Road, HAINULT, Essex on Tuesday and Thursday but with no specific times – you can shoot all day!
