During the Indoor Season (October - March) we shoot in the Sports Hall at Beal High School, Woodford Bridge Road, Redbridge, ILFORD, Essex on Tuesday and Friday between 1930 - 2230.

During the Outdoor Season (April - September) we shoot in the fields at Elmbridge Sports and Social Club, Forest Road, HAINULT, Essex on Tuesday and Thursday but with no specific times - you can shoot all day!
